May news!šŸ“{Volunteers Needed}

Hello NekoTen Family,

Here's what's been happening at the cat sanctuary:

It's rainy season and it has been pouring buckets! While rain is great, this means weeds have been growing very quickly and have taken over much of the sanctuary grounds, so I've been busy bush cutting, pulling weeds by hand and burning them. It's a lot of work and takes time, but it would move a lot quicker if I had some extra hands.Ā

Volunteers Needed

The Cat Sanctuary is looking for volunteers who can help with the following:

•Weed pulling

•Cleaning/Sweeping/MoppingĀ

This can be a One-time, Short-term or Long-term depending on your schedule.

If coming by Train or Bus: Pick-up/Drop-off AvailableĀ

If interested please get in touch with your Availability or you can go to:Ā

CAT OF THE MONTHĀ

Meet Baku

This stunning British Shorthair was brought to the cat sanctuary a little over two years ago.

When he first arrived it took some time for him to adjust to his new environment. Once he acclimated his personality shined. He is really sweet and loves getting brushed. He has a unique and funny looking facial expression that makes us laugh sometimes :)

He is well-behaved and has brought so much light, joy and love.

Churu tubes are his absolute favorite.

If you would like to send him some treats here's the link.

A BIG THANK YOU to everyone who sent in Amazon gift cards, cat food and monetary donations. Every single donation is appreciated!

If you know someone who wants to support NekoTen House, or if you want to help more there are many ways!
